Our aim is to create a one-stop-shop for both employers and jobseekers of the cruise, yacht, cargo and offshore industry; including shore side shipping related roles. Through our targeted marketing campaign we intend to become the global leader. With 40 new cruise ships slated to enter service over the next five years, the cruise industry alone will have to recruit some 50,000 new crew members. In addition, the industry will have to generate some 20,000 new crew members annually for normal turnover of existing crew. Finding and retaining crew is quickly becoming one of the largest challenges the shipping industry has ever faced. We intend to ease that burden by means of a streamlined approach to recruitment in this industry. Uniting the cruise, yacht, cargo and offshore industry will allow each sector to feed off of one another whilst creating industry awareness, educating and inspiring more people to pursue this exciting and rewarding career. Our two key directors have over 20 years combined shipping industry experience having worked in personnel management, safety management and marine recruitment with onboard experience in both deck and hotel departments on cruise ships, super yachts and cargo ships. Working relationships between the Directors and some of the world's largest shipping industry clients have already been established. We have the confidence of the market, the tools to provide the service and the industry need. Now we require the advertising dollars to make our mark. We are looking for $100k to fully fund our advertising budget for 6 months whilst our clients are taking advantage of the free trial period. We are currently running with a positive cash flow, however our advertising budget will not get us the results we need in the time frame that we have to work with. In return for your investment we are offering a negotiable share in the company. We see this as a short term investment of 2-3 years. We are located in Melbourne although this is an international business and would welcome interested investors from Australia and around the world.
