Nonlinear Tech ("NLT") has developed several innovative technologies and product prototypes related to electronics thermal management. The company has invested $560K over two and a half years for proof of concepts, manufacturing process development, and intellectual property development and protection. As a key strategic offering, NLT expects to be the only viable, high volume supplier of low cost vapor chambers to heat sink vendors.
