The products will be targeted at the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Armed Services, Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Healthcare; Education; Information Technology; Digital Television, Film; and Advertising industries.
The Company is registered a Central Contractor for the United States Government, and can immediately capture a significant portion of the Department of Defense, Armed Services, Homeland Security, and Cyber Security communication and technology contracts, by leveraging the SBA 8(a) Business Development and Mentor-Protégé Programs, with highly experience professional management team already assembled for implementation process.
The CTN solutions will use proprietary end devices and open source software and technology to empower the cross platform communications network. CTN is positioned to acquire a U.S. teleport with $7M in net income, and a European teleport with $5M in net income annually. The acquisitions would position the Company as a full service global satellite provider with vertical integration capability.
CTN’s subsidiary in Senegal has Parliamentary approval to build a third teleport in Senegal West Africa. The Management team is also in negotiation with a local television station in Senegal for a joint venture partnership that will focus on economic development programming using the company’s private labeled android tablets.
The Company’s subsidiary has an excellent market opportunity to duplicate the Senegal investment, and integrate into 19 other African country’s infrastructure, and produce 5,000 high technology jobs per unit.
