family owned storefront petstore. i have local venders lined up for exotic pets that do not require any liscence, and have started a breeding program for german boxers (dogs). the profits would come primarily from dog and cat food sales, both walk in and internet. my father is a small animal vet, and will be my supplier for food. he will also keep cost to a minimum with the breeding program. exotic pets- poison dart frogs, monitor lizards, chameleons, wierd looking turtles, sugar gliders, parrots, and of course german boxer puppies, and siamese, peterbald, sphinx, and or cornish rex kittens. venders always have the next "in" pet, and with the location i have scouted, plenty of drive by traffic will be able to see. it is on the corner of bryn mwar and lincoln, in the ground floor of a new condo unit(i happen to live there and many in the building believe a pet store like the one i've briefly described would be perfect. there are more schools in the area than i can count, which means families, which means pets, which means pet food sales. i am hoping that customers are attracted to the store by the cool looking animals in the window, and return because of the quality of food and advice. (and convenience of online shopping)
