Pacific Cannabis Alternatives [PCA] seeks investors to obtain capital to meet the requirements of the State of Hawaii Department of Health to obtain a license to grow, manufacture, and sell cannabis products to thousands of licensed individuals on the island of Oahu. The State of Hawaii will release licenses January 2016 to begin business July 2016. January 2016 will be the first year that the State of Hawaii legalizes medical marijuana to sell to the masses. PCA will be there on the ground floor.
