We are looking to start-up a restaurant concept that brings together a healthy, fresh, farm to table menu with a sensual, exciting and welcoming environment. The goal of our project is to provide our guest with a delicious and natural dining experience in an environment they will want to come back to again and again. The menu is fit for omnivores and is built around our mantra, which is “Food your body was meant to eat”. In other words, fresh, local, organic and sustainable sourced produce, meat and dairy products. This project will be a “farm to table” restaurant with a food & beverage program that will be delivered at an elevated level on a consistent basis utilizing local farmers and local artisan purveyors. Our accomplished Chef will bring his creativity to the cuisine that can best be described as sophisticated Contemporary American with Multi-Ethnic influences. Our restaurant will also provide a level of professional service that will be unparalleled to the area.
