Our company exists since 2014. It was first set up in London, few weeks later in New York City. We've changed the name of the company few times, cancelled and set up new companies again but the company is absolutely legit - We've been through several challenges during the last 3 years of existence (Happy to provide further explanation by request). Since the company was set up, we had around 40 people working for us, among consultants, researches, and contractors in different areas.
Prado Capital Group Management I, LLC was set up last year in Delaware (We are during the process of registering the company in California). This company will be the investment vehicle of the fund in the US. We have our structure set up in Cayman Island (LP and LTD or LP and GP) for international investors. Additionally, companies in the UK, which we use in support for our consulting, and research & development.
We have raised in the seed round (friends & family, and seed investors) and spent around $400,000 since September 2014. Now we are looking to raise, the Series A-1 and Series A-2, $10 million. The target size of the fund is $20 million, 20% carry interest, 2% management fee. We are looking to invest in Start-ups in America, from Seed to Series A, Investments ranging from $100,000 to $500,000. Investment target: social impact companies in five different sectors: Education, Energy, Life Science & Health, Consumer, Data & Space. ROI of at least 5% per year (on going or cumulative by the end of five years);
About our social media: We had more than 10,000 users. likes and constant access from people all over the world. However, we decided to shut down the social media after some hacking issues. Now, we are reestablishing it and looking for a company to take care of all the creative content and social media's activities of our company.
