When customers go to the grocery store, the see a wall of "natural" products. Looking overwhelmed they pick a product without understanding that just because it is marked "natural" doesn't mean it is free of chemicals. I find comparable products that contain the least amount of chemicals but deliver results. They can submit a list of current products their family is using and I send options good ,better, best. The best would be no chemicals but excellent results. Simplified shopping! They would submit their current product list. I would give good better , best options and explain why.
