We presently own or control long-term assets with value estimated in excess of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS (US $350,000,000). ONE HUNDRED TEN MILLION DOLLARS (US $110,000,000) have been pledged to this initiative to obtain One Hundred Million Dollars US $100,000,000)in Capital.
We intend to service this initiative through exchange of certain portion of the Assets and some cash to acquire and dispose of bank-owned real estate development projects at deep discounts and/or favorable terms.
We also have reasonable expectations of selling assets for cash.
To further secure this initiative we have arranged for an underwriting commitment by a qualified, major trustee bank to back no less than One Hundred Fifty Percent (150%) of the pledged assets to insure the offered annual return and, principal investment plus capital gain at year ten.
We are looking for individual investors with a minimum of $1MM or institutional investors with a minimum of $10MM to invest.
As we also intend to service this initiative by where we provide undervalued and/or favorably-financed but unfinished bank owned real estate development projects, we will be seeking to enter into joint ventures with experienced liquid real estate developers. JV partners will assist with working capital and expertise to complete, manage and market the projects for profitable sale.
