I am an individual looking to procure a private loan. I need a $30k loan and have approximately $70k of equity in my house. I am willing to use my house as collateral. Due to some extenuating circumstances I have not been able to procure the loan through normal financial avenues. i really need this loan to get back on my feet after a critical illness and to get some repairs done on my house.
