An Acupuncture Nurse is a clinic that focuses on natural healing. All patients receive in depth assessments not only in Western Medicine framework, but in Chinese Medicine assessment as well. Since I am not only an Acupuncturist (but an RN as well) I am able to offer both methods of assessment to my clients. I can determine what if any treatments I can provide through Acupuncture (needling with e-stim or herbs or just needling) to treat a variety of ailments, and education which is vital to promoting a person’s health. Along with these two services I also am very skilled in Massage therapy. I offer all of my clients Massage with their Acupuncture treatments if warranted. Most of the time massage is welcome. The Massage performed before the Acupuncture treatment really helps people to become relaxed and comfortable. I've had a great amount of success performing treatments this way. Once in a while if a client has a structural abnormally or a condition requiring surgery, then of course I refer him or her out for appropriate care. The goal though, is to treat what we can with minimal risk an no discomfort. I also have seen so many great results with the use of electrical stimulation with Acupuncture that I am now interested in developing a machine combining high frequency current through Acupuncture needles. This at this time is just an idea that I've been researching, that I'd need to have a lot of funding to implement. This idea would need to be credited by the FDA and peer reviewed. I have no doubt though, that I am on to something that would be life changing for many (URL removed) I were an Engineer (electrical) Hematologist, Oncologist, among a few other credentialed providers I'd had this equipment built by now. I need to get assistance with having the funds to get Acupuncture out to the public, and a way to from there explain the concept of vibrational medicine.
