Also Our company Assured Ventures Inc. is in the final stages of securing project funding for a $425 million resort in Baja California Sur, Mexico. As some of the attached project-related documents describe, our funding counsel expects to complete the funding documents in February sufficient to initiate the first of 30 monthly funding draw-downs.
