Description: Let me introduce myself: my name is Viorel Nedelcu, Romanian, working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and I’m the owner of USA non-provisional lottery patent “LOTTERY TICKET AND CORRESPONDING CARD GAME”. I have all is needed to start this business inside the cruise line ships (terminal provider, central system operator, drawing mach., insurance jackpots company) but what is missing is the investor (business partner)- all these providers are license vendors and we can find their products all over the world inside the lottery industry. The essence of this idea is that everybody will have the chance to win the jackpots and prizes of two lottery games using only one ticket. They also will use those tickets, free of charge, for the Casino draws and Mega Show Events draws too. One more thing is that daily we will hold on each individual ship two lottery draws for two common jackpots – unlimited ships for two common lottery jackpots. This vision is more than a lottery draw is entertainment with the intention to create great memories and great sales. Estimated prices: Services Prices Of Initial Investment 1. Lottery terminals – open for further negotiations 2,500/2,000 € (new/old) one per ship 2. Game Software - open for further negotiations 300,000 € (estimated price) 3. Central System open for further negotiations 125,000 € (informal price) Total 475,000€ - we can pay half now and the rest from the sales 4. Mega Event Prize $50,000 – estimated Grand Total $175,000 • for the following cruise line companies which will join us after the first one we need to minus the software (300,000 €) together with the jackpots and mega prize ($175,000) I know you think that casino and mega events are useless but please take in considerations that I’ve been working on the ships for about 11 years (casino mgr. for good years) and I can help you in seeing the amazing potential which cruise line represent – do you know that only 4 to 6% from the total guest are gambling but in the same time the casino is making the biggest revenue on cruise lines or 80% of the total guest are attending the shows looking forward to interact and to be part of each event? Are two reasons of having the casino and mega show events: 1. First is to increase our sales with about 50% - we are going to sale those lottery tickets in the best places with the most transactions per hour and/or in the places with the most potential buyers. 2. Second we are looking after ourselves percentage too – we give them some (opportunity to make more money inside the casino) and we will get a better percent (instead of giving them about 30 to 35% from the total sales we will offer about 25% thanks to the casino events). Ex. each cruise line has about 50,000 daily guest onboard (cruising form 3 to 7 days). 10 companies = 500,000 daily guest If only 5% of them will spend $10 daily = $250,000.00 which will give us an annual total of $91,250,000.00 Now try to see that we will have 20% (or more) spending $10 a day = 365,000,000.00 and the profit about 50% of this amount (around $180,000,000.00). On the ships the profit is giving by what is left after we pay the: cruise line (25% from the sales), winners, lottery terminal provider (5% from sales) and central system (2.75 % from our profit) plus around 5% from the total sale which is going into the jackpots pot.
