As is the case in India, there lies a vast gulf between art and the people, who need to be connected to it. UAS is the first fully organized effort towards promoting arts and culture. UAS specializes in three main domains – Training and Knowledge Management, Artist Management & Providing expert artists in more than 150 art categories, and Event Management services. We aim to evolve into an "end-to-end art solution provider" by further expansion into related sectors. Vision – To provide exposure to various forms of performing and fine arts to the society, as education, therapy, entertainment and career options. Mission – Promote growth of more than 150 art forms across all age-groups in the society, and breathe life into some of the dying art forms. Arts and culture studies are under rated in our education system, due to which genuinely interested students in various forms of arts shy away from taking it up as a career / profession due to meager financial prospects. UAS will ensure that talented artists with the potential to be successful will be supported financially by providing him / her the right audience. Many a times, young children pursue an art form, under parental pressures, and in the process lose out on the decision to choose the art form that interests them the most. With our strong presence and network of artists in the field of arts and culture, we aim to gradually evolve into an artist management company – whereby, after a carefully designed finishing course to ensure uniformity and the high quality, that UAS stands for, we will provide the artists, work and the right audience. At UAS, we follow an extensive and exclusive screening process, and hence, all artists and students affiliated with us will possess better work qualities and personalities than the rest in the field. The future plans involve evolving into an "End to End solution Event Management" venture. Furthermore, the artists required for any events from models to dancers to back-stage management would be artists from our database. Our main objective is to promote arts and culture, and we also believe that for UAS to be successful, we would need to make a gradual entry into the market, consolidating our presence without compromising on the high quality at any point of time.
