Terra Investment Group LLC was started in March of 2008. This is a series LLC for holding property while renting/or leased option. I have a very detailed professional business plan available. I am looking for start up cash in the range of $250,000. However, anything in the six figure range would really help. My personal fico score is in the upper 700's. I have recently obtained my DnB number. I live in Las Vegas, NV and the potential to make money in real estate is great. Any assistance would really help.
