Licensed and bonded general contractor verified with better business having all trade master license in-house. 2018 is our 11th year in a business 2nd year with me as Co-owner (45%)I have revamped a mom and pop remodeling company while maintaining 4.5 stars on yelp with real-time reviews 5 stars on Houzz and 5 stars on Home Advisor as well as being a verified licensed pro for both Home Depot and Lowes. We specialize in city permitted additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, covered patios and outdoor living space on our remodel side. for 2019 we start a new construction division where will focus on 1 trade for large developers. We have been approved and have active open vendor accounts for David Weekly Homes, KB Homes, and Ashton woods throughout the Austin Texas market.
My company is having growing pains we need trucks to cover more ground to grow our business more efficiently as we near the start of new construction for developers. I have all the labor the trucks are for the field managers to drive between subdivisions ensuring our labor force and quality control are met every day. My company also offers and uses a builder tech app where our office and field managers coordinate daily progress with pictures, all details of the project, build a timeline, trade schedule, materials scheduling, project accounting, project pictures and it's maintained/updated daily giving an option for our customers to track their project progress remotely. I have over 30 years of construction experience, started pounding nails on weekends at 15 yr old as a freshman in high school. After high school, I went on to earn a degree in organizational communications with a minor in business from Sacramento State University.
Before opening my own remodeling company, I managed and built a 3mill to 22 million turnkey programs here in the Austin Texas market as a senior project manager for a large developer. I have a wealth of construction experience both commercial residential, in the field and academic side of all trades in construction. I can reflect 12 years of successful building via the internet and have letters of recommendations through my career from assistant superintendent to super, project manager last position I held was my senior project manager over Huston, Dallas, San Antonio Austin. Due to my construction resume, degree, overall construction experience I have been blessed with a very strong labor following and pool. My company has no debt, no tax problems, no liens, no judgments, no truck payments, and no credit established. Currently, I have 2 company trucks, each truck has 350k miles. Unfortunately, my score is 590. I have never really had a need for a score always paid cash. I am in process of bringing my personal credit score up using a credit repair company. With this being shared as you well know I do not qualify to be my company's guarantor. I need help with financing trucks using company EIN. I am open to a Return on investment structure and or a percentage of the company. (details can be worked out/ negotiated).
I have all financials, profit, and loss per project for 2017-2018. Only Tax returns all other years. We have business banking with BBVA Compass business banking, company’s payroll is through Intuit. Escobar Construction LLC will gross 1 mill for 2018. Projections for 2019 projections 2-3 million with trucks I can to get to 4-5 mill for 2019. I am looking for the right investor as I am not desperate in any way. I will get there regardless, I'm here because an investment will help get there a little faster and help capitalize on a builder’s market for 2019. My company is scheduled through February 2019.
