With my extensive background as Commercial Multi-Family Construction Superintendent (10+years), Economics Degree from UCSD and knowledge of the San Diego market the plan is to buy high end properties near the ocean in vicinity of college communities in high value areas, make modifications to maximize rental income (conversion of bedrooms, guest houses, garages, offices, adding bathrooms, kitchens) and either holding them as long term investments OR renovating them an selling them recession proof investment properties depending on what the primary investor (in that property) wanted to do with his investment. I have well developed connections in the high end real estate market, subcontractors to perform any work required, cheap access to materials, architects and structural engineers if needed, and have to know how to build anything from a million dollar home, hotel, multi-level apartment complex, and 47story high rise and just need the seed money to start but would like an investor who would be interested in VERY rapid growth.
