I have a slate of independent films, which I have several producers and directors, which we are developing together. The LLC is necessary for me to produce my film project in the States. We plan to use New Mexico's 30% tax credit, so it is fitting to shoot and do everything in the US.
We will be producing a slew of Crime, Drama, Thrillers, especially Psychological Thrillers with the aim of selling them to Netflix to quickly recoup investments made.
When we find a project to be very viable, we will arrange for a one-month Theatrical release before distributing it on Netflix.
