• 2x 50K or 1x 100K: Money will be used for payroll, deposit for lease, and misc items for quick turnkey startup. The Landlord is providing all equipment, with a turnkey existing operation for us to quickly turn over in 6 weeks. Permits and health dept already primed and will take 3 weeks max to open.
Flap Jack’s is offering
• Return on Investment: 50k cash investment to be repaid with 6 months with 20% ROI on initial investment. 1/2% of gross income (estimated income for this location is between 1 -2 Million per year) permanently assigned to the investor for the speed needed for this investment. 2 corporations and all business assets/intellectual property will be used as collateral. Discounted franchise option considerations will also be made available.
Flap Jack’s would prefer a long term partner who has a vision for the brand. The right candidate would be considered for a board position, and stock options in FJ Restaurants.
