We recently purchased a property at tax sale at a bargain price. We need $25,000 to rehab the property within 60 days and put it back on the market for a quick resale for a minimum of $50,000. Normally the property will go for about $80,000. We will pay the investor 25% return within 6 months, 50% annualized. We need an additional $25,000 to be used to purchase a foreclosed property and rehab for quick resale. We will pay the investor, 25% return within a year and not less than 25% on annualized basis.
