Description: Hot At Your Spot, Inc is an internet advertising company - (URL removed). We will be the next facebook/twitter/google/yellowpages with the right backing, support and help. Through research we have learned that many companies start out at a certain pace in a certain market; then sustain, learn, adapt, and finally expand/grow with appropriate funding and financial help. This growth in our business will be nothing but an exponentially growing snowball of popularity and hence prosperity. We are a search engine for specials of bars and restaurants. There are many website and companies out there like ours - each specializing in their own geographical area, but NONE are like ours in that we are the most user-friendly site. The economy is tough in most US markets today - we all know that. However, people are still going to go out to lunch, dinner, with their families and friends to blow off some steam. Consumers today are just being smarter and more conservative with her spending. In every crisis, as unfortunate as it is to say - there is money to be made. Natural disasters cause for spikes in construction, aid, materials, and services in those areas, etc. Economic recessions cause for money to be made in solutions. We need solutions whether at the macro national level or micro levels within small districts or even companies. Our solution is to create a business that helps both ends of the industry - the businesses and their customers. Bars and restaurant businesses have to attract customers; and in recessed markets, they do this by having specials for food and drinks. The problem with this is that the only people to find out about these specials that are inserted into menus or written on their chalkboard or sidewalk sign are those that physically see them or happen to be walking by. How does this customer attract prospective business from someone 1 block or 1 mile away? They cannot unless people are actually looking for them (for example via their own website or calling). Who has time or energy to do that? The other problem in economically-challenged markets are for consumers. Our solution is to provide a resource for them to find these great bar/restaurant food, drink and entertainment specials so that they can benefit. Our solution is to help the businesses and consumers by linking them together on 1 platform. People are dying for this. People want this. Would YOU use something like this? Please ask yourself that. Wouldn't YOU love a resource such as google or facebook that is accurate, real-time data that you can search for any bar/restaurant special in your area or an area you are traveling? What are you doing for lunch or dinner today after reading this? People want this. People WANT to know where and what the specials are. Our competitive advantage over other sites like this is our business model, business sense and functionality. We want a business. We want to provide jobs, create growth and wealth and expand. We are not just trying to link some data on a site for young users to see what the bar specials are and post a bunch of pictures. We are adverting specials for profit and growth for all. To do this, we must provide a service that is second to none. Our site is user friendly. We provide information NOW. We consider ourselves Google compared to Yahoo. Yahoo is an awesome site. It is very nice an a one-stop shop for many things. It has games, media, news, feeds, forums, and oh by the way, it is a search engine too. It is an awesome site. We consider ourselves on the Google end. Google is a simple, white page with a logo and a box. A user types in something they want information on and the back-end does the work and gives the user the information they want in simple, text form. We have the same model. We think know that this is the information age. People want information, and they want it now. Pictures, media, forums, chat, streams, feeds, graphics, all the flash is nice web design; but when a consumer wants to know where to go for lunch on their 1 hour work lunch hour, they just want to know a few options of specials that they can discuss quickly with their co-workers. They do not care at the time for anything else. They just want, in a clean, table list form what the bottom line is - what sounds good and inexpensive to eat!? We are user friendly from the consumers side, and also the paying members. They have access to LIVE data (specials and information) updates. We are the only site on the market with that option. We are easy-to-use. A bar owner/manager can log in (or have their bartender, waitress, host, whomever), change their special, and done. It is live information that instant. We have done our research for over 1.5 years; we have started in a small market. We have found out what works and does not and what people want. We have invested over $140,000 already in marketing, advertising and things to set us apart. We now have a recipe for success and want to expand and grow exponentially. For this, we are looking for capital to push us to a downhill snowball of growth and sales. We want to use capital for sales forces, marketing materials and management across cities. Companies start in a small market and succeed, then through financial growth that is how they expand exponentially. We are looking for the same help that the facebooks, Goodles, Dell computers received to push them to a point of no look-back. Thank-you for your time, and I look forward to more discussions.
