I am a young entrepreneur looking to open up a mortgage/finacial company in the miami dade area right now i am in college and believe in the miami area there is a great need for mortgage centers for people, i believe that people are more comfortable coming to a business than a large bank and asking for a loan. I find this to be especially true to the lower and middle class people looking for loans, my aunt right now has a mortgage company in the north miami beach area and is looking to expand and i believe if i recieve the funds i will give back not only the money which i recieved but also it could be a win win situation which both the investor and i both receive a profit from the company sucess and maybe in the near future open up a bank to better serve our customers in other finacial wa
