My business plan is to create a retail wellness center/health food store, with emphasis on offering a wide range of products and services that focus on the individual's complete health: mind, body, soul.
The alternative health industry is expected to continue to grow, especially as more baby bloomers are aging, and as more consumers are becoming disenchanted with the current medical establishment.
My location will not only provide the standard assortment of supplements, health related items, and educational materials, but will also have an on-call nutritional consultant and massage therapist, space that can be used for physical modalities such as yoga and tai chi, as well as for events such as health education, guest speakers, and other consumer information and support.
