I have been in the healthcare business for 10 years. Recently sold a senior care home. I changed the corporation name from LVK CORPORATION to LVK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. We would like to build a safe sustainable community that will house rentall cabins for the many visitors and guest that frequent Polk County and build million dollar homes for high end clientele that visit the area. The community will offer healthcare services and activities to keep the residents engaged in the community. In addition to the community development we are seeking to purchase the local closed hospital to offer much needed health care services to the community. Our development company have many projects we are seeking financing such as the purchase of the old school that is closed. We would like to put in a theatre in the gym, a restaurant in the cafeteria, an activity center in the library. And what is so special about this property is the Artesian well. We want to develop this somehow but have not pulled the figures together or the space to incorporate the project yet. There is another building we want to put in apartments or condos for the many people moving to Polk County.
