We are a small contracting company that provides handyman services, customized decks, basements and we are starting a new program for residential and commercial business that include weekly, monthly, yearly maintenace programs (i.e. window washing, furnace filters, sprinkler flush out, wall washing, fire prevention surveys, etc) Basically, anything and everything the customer may or may not want to do, have time to do or with that being said anyone to do it.
If we do not specialize in a field that a potential customer might need, we wil assist them in finding a specialist and we won't ever give an answer of can't, won't, ummm, I don't know. Our response will be let us look into that for you and see what we can do to help.

The biggest issue that we have currently everyone and there brother wants to be a small business owner, work for themselves, be there own boss. As well this is what we want, but we beleive that we have a certain uniqueness. We truely are in business for our customers. Profits are profits and any investment needs a return. Any wise investor wants a return and wants the return to keep returning. In turn Buildin' History will do what ever it takes to become the best and most referred operation around. Lofty goal? Yes but I believe that we can and will succede
Returns can be considered financial, but a one time return is nothing and we aim and do business everyday to focus on multiple returns by creating a very deep and broad customer base that is satisfied and believes in us as much as we believe in ourselves.
