what I am seeking is $5,000.00 for 10 % of the company.
I will begin by attaching some information on the subject and I will share my vision with you as well .I already have a deal on the table with davidson design located in Pittsburgh PA promising them a certain percentage for a certain amount of time, so the testing has been done, this can work,I do hope you take the time to read the attachment. I also own the Patent on "No talk No text"
One day while watching the news, 6 kids died in a car crash their ages were 20 -14 ,due to cellphone usage while driving, this devasted me I mean really, so young, I have children and wondered. why does the phone even work in the car.
I have a computer background. Really if we can CUT OFF A COMPUTER FROM CHINA OR ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD,then I thought more and more, why does the phone have to work.
So I started doing some figuring and some investigating and discovered that with all the API's available the phone really doesn't have to work.
so I submittted my information to davidson design. they tested it and said who figured this out because this is definitely (URL removed)ce then I have been saving up,submitting payments and working towards a presentation to a licensing company. I am now 5,000.00 dollars away.
the device works quite simple. most devices or apps that are meant to prevent car accidents are in the phone, giving the driver the ability to cut off or never turn it on. my device is is different it goes in the car and works as a phone (URL removed) fits around the steering wheel and covers a range that includes the driver only allowing all others to still use their phone in the moving (URL removed) device will have one time turn on . and then will turn on automatically once the car is out of park, and shut off when in park. I think this can revolutionize the auto insurance agency,can be used in trucking industry school bus services ,and maybe even cab and uber services. I also think it can someday be a law, that this device can be in phones for younger driving ages .I also think that I can appeal to some parents sense of safety for their younger teen drivers, and charge 39.99 per device.
Well there you have it how I envision the growth of this product. now i t would be nice to partner with someone that cares about saving lives as well as has a business sense of approaching it.
