I have my buyer from vietnam who just open an L/C in our company favor to purchase a crane equipment, we made arrangement with the seller who want cash for the equipment, and we need funding to buy the crane tranfer the required documents to my bank for tranfer to my buyer bank before the money can be release. The letter of credit is irrevocable transferable L/C, we are ready to transfer the funds to a participating lender who will paid the seller for this crane.
