Description: I am contracted with a U S based manufacturer for the purpose of developing retail dealer franchises in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, and possibly Wisconsin. Additionally, a warehouse/distribution facitliy will be built in Iowa. The warehouse in Iowa will supply Iowa, Illinios, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North & South Dakota, and Wisconsin, with products, parts, accessories and garments. In addition, a rail drop ship yard will be used to broker our products to the East, Northeast, South, and Southeastern part or the country for our PG&A (products, garments, accesories). Market research, forecasting and expense reports have been completed in detail, along with the business plan model for developing our dealer network, warehousing, and distribution center. In today's time, where can you go into a business and only have to captivate 6% of the market share for your region and make millions of dollars. This is no hoax.
