Twin Peaks Mining Group, Inc. a Wyoming corporation is a new Mining Venture based in Las Vegas, Nevada that has very experienced mining and business personnel as a management team.
We have a world class 1000 acre mine in Nevada under a joint venture agreement to take to production. This mine was for sale for $35,000,000. Over the last 30 years there has been over $ 2,000,000 U.S. in development funds spent on mining claims, property acquisition, trenching, digging excavator holes 30 feet deep, and sampling every 10 feet, assays, flow sheets work ups, and gold silver recovery methods tested and re tested, geology examinations, reports, and reserves estimations completed by a certified geologists.
The aforementioned placer mine has 22 plus billion dollars in gold reserves.
We have two offerings to raise capital to bring this mine to full production. The first is a Private Placement offering for $1,000,000 followed by an S-1 Public offering of $ 6,400,000.
Our first PPM offering investors will receive their initial investment back plus interest. We expect the Public shares to start selling in May and by July 31, 2012 to pay the PPM investors back their capital and their interest.
Once production begins and we are processing 1,000 tons of ore daily, at a minimum we anticipate PPM investor shares will pay a return of 600% plus yearly. We project that a $10,000 investment upon production of the mine will pay our PPM shareholders a monthly return of $5,200.00 or more.
In today’s uncertain economic times what better way to diversify a portfolio than with an investment in a gold mine that will pay out 95% of their profits to shareholders via monthly dividends per a CPA’s schedule.
