We are legally incorporated in Nevada since 2009, and we are looking for venture capital to start-up a child care & development center in the Las Vegas, Nevada. We are a non- profit organization, and has obtained our 501 (C)3 exempt status from the IRS. We are in need of funding in the amount of (3) Million Dollars for acquisition and development, in order to purchase the land, construct a green eco-friendly child care facility, equipping the child care facility indoors and outdoors, and initial operating costs.
