I am currently looking for one year private loan. I have been self employed for I guess ten years now in all aspects of real estate. I actually designed a subdivision in Colorado when I was 18 years old. After that I arranged my career around this goal and got to the point in my life to where I felt comfortable with my knowledge to take on such a project. During the years after my design, I learned lending, real estate, sat on city planning boards, and continued to purchase real estate.
I am seeking private investors, and a combination of bank financing to continue with the development.
