Description: Little Lynx Childcare Center, we can have 154 children. If we get the building built by August 2008, we would make $87,000 net, 2009 would be $259,000 net and in 2010 we would make $279,000 net. We have in the budget to pay $5700 a month for the business loan and we still have the above amounts left over after all expense are paid. We need the money to buy the land, build a building and to start.
