I own and operate two hip and award winning neighborhood specialty beer and wine bars and a cafe located in neighborhoods that are experiencing exponential growth. I also started up a craft beer, wine and provisions shop that has great branding and is complementary to the bars that I own. I am interested in expanding these two concepts (side by side or close proximity) in specifically targeted growing urban areas throughout the U.S. and eventually expanding into the European and other international markets. I developed my bar concept in 2005, far earlier than (and in anticipation of) the current craft beer boom had arisen. I am a pioneer in this business in the State of Florida, and I have contacts with breweries and distributors throughout the world. I have an amazing team of knowledgeable staff members who share my vision and ambition. I have been planning this expansion for years, while following the trends in the U.S. and Worldwide.
