Glassco Partners is a Homeowner advocacy consulting company built on the extensive experience and skill of its principal Mr. Vernon L. Glassco. His background in real estate acquisitions, evaluations, property management and Loss mitigation has given him the foundation to build such a company. Glassco Partners in its first year has been well received by industry professionals and homeowners alike. Glassco Partners has established itself in central Florida as company to go to for help in navigating through the maze that is the lenders Loss Mitigation process.
Other competitors for the most part have jumped onto the bandwagon by offering “Mortgage modification services” with upfront fees charged. Their background in mortgage origination and brokering has lacked the hands on experience and understanding of the process. They also lack the ability to understand the needs of their clients. This often results in leaving customers unfulfilled and frustrated and poorer for the experience.
Glassco Partners has remained focused on providing the needed professionalism and consultative services not met today by these types of companies. The need is not even addressed by the myriad of “free” services provided by government endorsed agencies which caters to this need like a poorly run health clinic. No one is addressing the mid to high-end mortgage payers who have been among the hundreds of thousands also losing their jobs and suffering income reductions.
There is a fantastic opportunity to take this business to the next level as we use our understanding and experience to bring our process for doing this business to other cities within the state of Florida, and other states as well through our training program. We look to expand through the branding of Glassco Partners and the establishment of offices via franchising opportunities.
We are looking for a modest cash infusion to complete our training model and implement a marketing plan to offer training classes and the business opportunity.
