My company is Property Investment. I will purchase properties at a low price(ie: bank owned, tax auctions, etc.) These properties will fix up, improve and update properties, then put them on the market for a profit. I will also purchase properties to lease/rent for stability of income for the business.
To save on costs, I will do much of the work myself. For quality assurance and guarantee of the finished product, I will hire licensed contractors for construction, wiring and plumbing issues.
When the property completed, I will use a licensed Realtor to place the property on the market. This is for quality assurance and the sale price is at a fair market value for the consumer.
