About the proprietor:
I am Venugopal N Suvarna, in the year 2000; we started the business of aloe vera products after gaining experience and expertise in the field of aloe vera and other herbal products. It has been a long journey, a big list of problems right from finance to production. Accepting all the challenges from the competitors, critics we have managed to overcome the lacuna. Today people have become aware about the brand “ATHARVA” for maintaining the quality and timely services.
About the products.
Started with the production of one variety of aloe vera soap (5 kg), aloe vera gel (25kg) and juice (25 liters), today we have 56 different products of health care and beauty products. We have a monthly sale of 4 tons of soap, 2.5 tons of aloe vera gel and 3 tons of juice. Apart from this we have developed different proteins, even they are doing well. Our financial statement is the evidence for the same. We are working on the pharmaceutical sector also. Shortly pharma products will also be introduced in the range of products.
Quality conscious:
Ever since we have started manufacturing, we have maintained and constantly upgraded the product quality. Our customer feedback about their wellness is the evidence.
Generating Employment:
Apart from being a self employed, we have generated direct employment to 15 persons; we have generated indirect employment for nearly 200 to 250 persons. At our supplier end also the no of persons who are working is also increased and some of them moved to larger premises.
Health Awareness:
Apart from employment generation, our associates have been very rigorously working on the health awareness, advantages and benefits about the use of herbal products. They conduct seminars, meeting the needy, giving free medicines and advices.
Our Vision:
Though we have started in a small way and cater our state, a part of southern India and a part of eastern India, we are determined to go on an all India level by the end of 2009. We are confident of capturing the market by providing quality product at a reasonable price. We believe in developing and utilizing the raw materials, resources available from our country itself.
