Description: YORNEV Medical Records is a health information technology company specializing in securing, accessing and conveying health record data for the benefit of US residents and the medical community. YORNEV is the only company of its kind: a business especially designed to address the often divergent interests of individual patients and healthcare professionals and to overcome current heath information technology compatibility issues; operated by practicing medical personnel, attorneys and IT administrators and able to garner legislative support. The healthcare market is one of the most profitable industries, with revenue in excess of $2.6 trillion annually. The healthcare industry continues to have specific challenges with process streamlining, information security and data accessibility that account for billions in inefficiency costs each year. YORNEV has developed a system that allows the healthcare industry to benefit from streamlined health records management beyond industry standards and HIPAA compliance, with PKI security and immediate accessibility to records originated and stored even on servers other than our own. This will not only save billions, it will make billions. YORNEV will construct and manage the national health information superhighway that allows healthcare providers on any platform, from any network to exchange patient information instantly across the nation. The political and industry terminology for the “superhighway” proposed is “health information exchange” (HIE) and envisions a system along the lines of the financial data exchange operated by NASDAQ. Of necessity, the YORNEV exchange project involves the simultaneous design of a national HIE as well as our own proprietary repository system and a universal electronic health record format. YORNEV allows health service providers using the Internet to securely exchange health record data stored in our repository or elsewhere for a nominal per use fee. YORNEV also allows each unique patient unrestricted monitoring of her/his health record free of charge. The YORNEV exchange, repository and record will be referenced collectively as “the YORNEV system.”
