My name Sabina Vanley (Birth, Imamovic),
from Tuzla and a Bosnian citizen my husband is from the U.S but reside in
Bosnia now. The reason for this email is I would like direction and/or
assistance with a problem that i am having. I am trying to find funding to
finish my project a ( Night Club ) in Tuzla Bosnia, using building and
land as collator.
Additional Information: What I am trying to do is get a 300,000km . loan
to finish our project. To find a person or company to cosign for a
300,000km loan is impossible, especially a 5 to 7 year loan. I am certain
that once the business is open that i will be able to pay the loan back
prior to the 7 years. At this point the property and building is worth
more than 1,300,000km. The entire loan would go towards completing the
project making its net worth over 2.5 million km. All paperwork is
completed all project licenses are completed the building is complete but
the cosmetics on the inside i.e tables, lighting, flooring, security,
parking lot.
