Description:
Our company invests in multi-family buildings in emerging markets with value plays. We may be a new company, but we are growing fast and we are determined to invest in commercial real estate deals that have strong cash flow and are at below market value with simple strategies to force appreciation. We currently are thrilled to have two contracts just recently accepted and are in need of private money.
