The first year I would like to keep things basic and simple! I will only be open for lunch, hire two employees, and have a simple menu.
The atmosphere definitely reflects the name, warm, friendly, and inviting. I would like for everyone who walks through the door to feel as if they are at home. The whole experience at the Cafe should be peaceful and relaxing. The goal is to make every customer a regular customer.
