We rehab foreclosed houses. I am a class A contractor and I can do everything a house needs from the roof down. I am certified in mold testing and remediation. I have been rehabbing houses for Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for a few years. I have rehabbed over 40 properties and I am starting to "flip" more houses. I am currently working on third and forth flip house now but would like to increase this number to 2 a month.
