Hello,
We are a company that is new into the Investing world. We have been buying tax deeds, and Liens, but are looking to grow deeper into Real Estate, as we know that is where the money is.
There are 6 of us, 3 couples. Two of us are the main people of the business, but are unemployed, and do not have a source of income to show.
We are being educated through Rich Dad poor Dad coaching, I will not go into detail with that, as many investors already are aware of who that is, and what Robert Kiyasaki has done.
We are finding many cashflowing deals all over, more out of California, than in. But I am finding that it may be difficult to obtain financing through a bank do to the fact that the 2 people whom will be doing everything will not be able to show proof of income.
So we have been told through Real Estate agents, and Brokers that Hard money lenders will be the way to start.
