While we are a start up, I have run this type of business before with great success. I have been building restaurants of all sizes for over 25 years and i am now going back into manufacturing as the industry has not gone through many changes in 25 years and i have innovations to save time, money and pass these savings onto customers and still make a wonderful profit. And along with new inventions new equipment will be created. The market is limitless, and normal waiting times for pieces I will make is substantial.
