My company will be a fine dining experience. My restaurant will have the look, items, and taste of an upscale restaurant , but will not be the prices of an upscale restaurant. I will provide dine -in and carry out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I plant to open every morning at 5am and close everyday at 7pm. I will provide specials, coupons, and other accomodations to draw a sophisticated crowd each day. I will present daily specials also. I will be serving southern style healthy vegetables and meat choices. There will not be much fried foods on the menu. I want to cook to order. My restaurant will be sucessful because there is no other dining place in the town of senatobia mississippi that can provide the experience I am trying to create. I want to help the working class save a little by having to travel miles to find a fine ding place. I want to provide one right here in town.
