Description:
Mer-Con LLC is a Mermaid Convention, we had our first one last week. Aug 12th 2011 it was a huge success and made waves with the press. It's a theme convention like Star Treck and Comicon with Mermaid and water related vendors. We had our Mermaid convention on the same date as the star treck convention in the same city and we made the front page of the top Las Vegas newspaper with an amazing turn out. We also have Mermaid performers do shows and we give out awards to Mermaid films. It is a poolside event where mermaid enthusiasts paid to come swim in their costumes and watch mermaids perform. This is annual event with huge growth and a current following due to the new trend.
