Island Flavors is a Jamacian Food and Drinks multi-cultural cafe, a home away from home enviorment. My specialty is "JERK CHICKEN", I make my own seasoning and sauces and looking to venture to a much higher level. My customers love my sauce. On several occasions i've had live entertainment Reggae bands on First Fridays Events, where also im listed. My shop is located downtown in the Art District on Charleston Blvd & #3rd St. Bet Las Vegas Blvd & Main St. My lease is expiring in July 15th, 2008. Im presently seeking a much better location somewhere on the strip or in one of Las Vegas' fabulous Hotels.
