Heavenly Events is currently located in at 800 Haumana Rd, Haiku Maui, Hawaii. It is at a botanical gardens with gorgeous seaside event spaces and flowers and birds everywhere, making an unforgettable setting for our special events. We are seeking funding to mortgage our own piece of land in Maui to do our events at, so there are no restrictions on what we can do, and so we are free from putting money into a rental, which is how we are paying for our event space here at the gardens, where we are currently located. We have a lot of excitement and buzz about our events from 100s of potential customers on Maui and in California. The demand in this market is HUGE and growing rapidly; Californians and Hawaiians spend millions a year on retreats and celebrations in Hawaii and are trending towards being more health conscious and open to personal growth and new, transformational experiences. Transformational festivals, like the ones we offer, are a lucrative millions of dollars industry.
Once funded our average monthly sales expected is $5,000 to $10,000. Events can be anywhere for $25 a ticket to $500 a ticket, depending on the type and length of the event. We also do weekend retreats which average $1000/person.
Our Events offer healthy, all-organic, naturally-euphoria and bliss producing foods and non-alcoholic herbal elixirs and juices. We offer inspirational, uplifting live music, and beautiful, mind-expanding art and decoration. Our events are one-of-a kind, and a guaranteed unforgettable experience full of powerful healing and transformation.

Uma Mehta is the Creative Director and founder of Heavenly Events. She has 10 years of experience and study in the healing arts, music, and dance. She is a professional event coordinator and has hosted gatherings and retreats (including in Hawaii) ranging from 3 to 200 people. Her events are one-of-a-kind, unforgettable, and highly lucrative.
We're mainly interested in these types of funding:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc)
The funds will primarily be used for the following:
-Starting a mortgage on a piece of in Maui Hawaii, and procuring musical and recording equipment, decorations, advertising, and rent at the botanical gardens until we find our own place.
(Our Ultimate Goal for our Event Production Company is to run the company and host events in our own center on Maui.) We will use the initial funds to continue renting our current event space while we close a deal on our own piece of land and event center.
-Equipment Financing (Music and sound equipment for high quality live music sound, lighting, draping, decorations, furniture, recording equipment for online broadcasts).
-Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)
