Description:
I have over 15 years of home and apartment building experience, and I have adequate tools, and of course all needed experience, in their use. I want to take advantage of the fact that I live in a 'home-sellers' market; by purchasing a building lot, and by doing approximately one home, as a special category, in this area, titled owner/builder: and after fulfilling all legal requirements, to sell the home, pay my venturist, and eake out a bit of profit for my income. I will gladly entertain reasonable terms. Please contact me at: e: (URL removed)
