UPCOR was incorporated with the ability to enter into any business enterprise. The initial focus was Real Estate, but due to the current nature of residential and commercial markets, real estate is no longer a goal of the company.
The goal of UPCOR is to produce products that will benefit as many people as possible while generating near immediate cash flow to the company.
The company was recently offered an opportunity to market a unique DVD project for a niche demographic. When the marketing plan was completed, it was determined that no competition existed for the product. By using a variety of avenues for low cost advertising, it was anticipated that the initial goal of 30,000 units would easily be met. Although the product will be profitable, its growth potential is limited. The company decided to mutually end working with the production company.
UPCOR has its own project it wishes to produce. This project has a nationwide demographic and can be distributed in virtually all currently available media formats.
