We are a start up energy and natural resources investment company.
We urgently seek to acquire and explore oil and gas wells in USA, and internationally (preferably in the OPEC countries example:Saudi Arabia, Angola,Nigeria, Venezuela etc). We also wish to build/acquire oil refineries to refine the oil and gas obtained, and thereafter sell the oil and all petro-chemical by-products. We prefer owning our own drilling rigs and pipelines because of the scarcity in obtaining rigs and oil/gas pipelines when needed.
As a diversified energy company,we wish to have a capital outlay for acquisition and/or development of renewable energy plants and operating companies in USA and Internationally and have identified suitable targets.
We also wish to acquire gold, silver,diamonds,platinum producing and to be- producing mines for extraction and sell of these precious metals whose world value has gone up considerably and outperformed all market sectors.
Aside from energy,we also have an un-affiliated company through with interests in acquiring undervalued assets, distressed and value added companies in real estate/development,banking, insurance, healthcare and pharmaceuticals and have identified suitable targets for such acquisition in USA and internationally.
